Oled jõudnud Little Bridge Foundation kodulehele.

Me oleme Eestist alguse saanud heategevuslik organisatsioon, kes tegeleb erinevate jätkusuutlike lahendustega, et toetada ja üles ehitada abivajavaid arengumaade kogukondi – luua ligipääs elementaarsetele inimvajadustele nagu puhas joogiveesi, täis kõht ja haridus. 

 

Oma töös püüdleme me selle poole, et meie pakutavad lahendused oleksid pikaajalised, loodussõbralikud ning saaksid toetada võimalikult paljusid inimesi.
Lisaks arengumaade inimeste toetamisele loodame oma tööga levitada teadlikkust ka nn arenguriikides – jagada infot erinevate jätkusuutlike lahenduste ja roheliste võimaluste kohta, et saaksime kõik koos rajada helgemat ja tervemat tulevikku. 

 

Meie esimene kogukond asub Ugandas, Bugiri külas. Siiani oleme tegelenud eelkõige puhta joogivee, toidu ja haridusteemade edendamisega. Järgmiseks hakkame oma kogukonnas välja töötama erinevaid jätkusuutlike süsteeme, looma töökohti ja korraldama teadlikkuse tõstmiseks erinevaid töötubasid, et me kogukond saaks iseseisvaks ja isemajandavaks ning ei jääks annetustest sõltuvaks.

  • For most of our children this is the last day at the orphanage before school starts again 🌻⛺️☀️ One last slow morning. One last sunset of “summer.” Like holidays at your grandmother’s house. Mud on your feet. Sun in your eyes. Laughter everywhere. And then… school uniforms again. Because play is beautiful. But education changes everything. 🌼But seven of our children are still waiting. They can’t return to school yet because we haven’t found a sponsor for their school fees yet. If you feel called to help one of them step into this school year, message us 🤍🥹

  • PLEASE HELP US HELP QUICKLY🙏 There has been political unrest in Uganda due to the elections, which has caused all means of communication to be cut off for a long time. We have now been able to contact our orphanage (who is in a safe place🤍🙏), but it turned out that school has been postponed due to the unrest and we need to urgently find donations to provide the children with unexpected food for the next 21 days. Since our monthly donations are not yet sufficient to cover such unexpected events, we do not have the money to send food money to the children at the moment. In addition, we do not know how long the internet connection in Uganda will last - so we are in a hurry to send money, because this window could close at any moment. If you can donate - it would be a great help. For 15 euros we can provide all children with one breakfast, for five euros we can buy firewood for one day to cook, and for 105 euros we can cover the entire food and hygiene needs for one day. And that’s exactly what Little Bridge is all about - building a bridge from hardship to hope, one child, one seed, and one act of kindness at a time. 💫

PLEASE HELP US HELP QUICKLY🙏 There has been political unrest in Uganda due to the elections, which has caused all means of communication to be cut off for a long time. We have now been able to contact our orphanage (who is in a safe place🤍🙏), but it turned out that school has been postponed due to the unrest and we need to urgently find donations to provide the children with unexpected food for the next 21 days. Since our monthly donations are not yet sufficient to cover such unexpected events, we do not have the money to send food money to the children at the moment. In addition, we do not know how long the internet connection in Uganda will last - so we are in a hurry to send money, because this window could close at any moment. If you can donate - it would be a great help. For 15 euros we can provide all children with one breakfast, for five euros we can buy firewood for one day to cook, and for 105 euros we can cover the entire food and hygiene needs for one day.
